The Retreat - Snow & Soul Adventures
Coming back for it's second edition, I am so excited to introduce our upcoming Skiing & Yoga Retreat in Cortina d'Ampezzo. Join us for an unforgettable experience designed for adventurers and relaxation seekers alike.
This year, we are making this retreat even more inclusive and have opened it to everyone, including beginners skiers or anyone who just wishes to live the mountains without skiing!
You can choose from 2 types of packages: 'Skier Retreat' and 'Mountain Lover Retreat'. You can ski down world-renowned slopes or hike on beautiful snowy trails, connect with like-minded individuals, and rejuvenate your body and mind with daily yoga sessions set against stunning alpine backdrops. After an exhilarating day on the mountains, unwind with soothing massages and indulge in delicious, hearty traditional cuisine that warms the soul.
The Accommodation
Experience the authentic atmosphere of the Dolomites at Les Des Alpes hotel, where elegance and refinement meet the Ampezzo’s tradition. Their traditional mountain style is combined with distinctive details that make each room a destination itself.
Every corner of the hotel's rooms is an invitation to explore and enjoy breathtaking views, with some overlook the majestic Tofane and the Ampezzo Dolomites, while others offer a peaceful view of the forest. Most rooms come with a private balcony, the perfect place to fully immerse yourself in the enchanting beauty of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Getting there

Hi, I am Marta
Your retreat host
I have been a yoga student since 2009 and have started teaching yoga in London in 2019. My journey into the practice has been quite a complicated one. I initially didn't understand what yoga was all about, until I hit rock bottom in my self-worth and relationship with my body.
I then started practicing Iyengar Yoga which gave me the opportunity to reconnect with myself and find more peace in my life. From there, I explored many styles of yoga asana and meditations, and have specialised in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Meditation.
Since I started teaching, my aim has always been to offer inclusive and accessible practices for every body type and ability.
My retreats are a bit less traditional, in the sense that there are no restrictions (yes, you can have wine and use your phone to capture and share the beautiful moments we spend together!) and the whole purpose behind them is connection. To one self and with others.
This will be the sixth retreat I will be hosting and I cannot wait to welcome you!
And I am Nadia!
Your skiing guide
My name is Nadia Bortoluzzi and I have been a ski instructor and coach for more than 20 years, as well as an athletic trainer and a mountain bike guide.
I have always been passionate about skiing and nature.
I had a past as an alpine skiing athlete and competed up to the European Cup races. Following my professional racing career, I've dedicated myself to teaching and transferring my passion for sport to young athletes and adults.
My hobby is to travel and learn about new cultures and appreciate the diversity of nature.
I'm waiting for you in Cortina to welcome you to the Dolomites and take you to the splendid snow-capped slopes. fun is guaranteed for all levels!
