WHAT DOES A NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACH DO?
A Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach provides personalised guidance to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. This includes creating customised nutrition plans, offering support for lifestyle changes, and fostering a positive mindset towards overall well-being.
IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY PREFERENCES OR RESTRICTIONS?
Absolutely. My approach is tailored to your individual preferences, dietary needs, and any restrictions you may have. I work with you to create a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and health goals.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
The initial consultation is a 60-minute deep-dive session where we discuss your health history, goals, and challenges. We'll collaborate to create a personalised plan and outline the steps for your transformative journey.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE HAVE CHECK-INS OR COACHING SESSIONS?
The 12-week program with includes weekly program updates and five 30-minute online calls for progress check-ins. Additionally, you'll have lifetime access to resources, ensuring ongoing support for sustained success. On week 6, we will also have a 60 minutes mid-program review.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CLIENT PORTAL?
The client portal provides access to incredible resources, including recipes, meal planners, reflection exercises, and movement-based videos (yoga, pilates, and mindfulness). Session recordings and valuable tools like a MEAL planner are also available.
CAN I BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM IF I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE?
Yes, my flexible approach allows for customisation based on your schedule and lifestyle. I work with you to develop strategies that seamlessly integrate into your routine for long-term success, without adding stress.
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?
Yes. You can choose to pay in full before the start of the program, or you can choose to pay in 3 monthly instalments.
WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL READY TO CONTINUE ON MY OWN AFTER 12 WEEKS?
You will be able to access all of the resources in the client portal for as long as you want, as you will have lifetime access. You can also decide to remain in the community group and rely on the support from the women who are still on the program.
