HI, I AM MARTA AND I AM AN EXPERT NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACH FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO FEEL CONFIDENT AND STRONG IN THEIR BODY

After having my children, I faced my own struggles with body image, energy, and regaining balance.

Through simple, sustainable habits, I transformed not just my body, but my mindset. Now, I’m here to help other moms do the same.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

It depends! Most women see results as weekly as after 2 weeks of joining the program. More consistent and surprising results such as weight loss and better energy levels become more evident after 6 weeks. The most reassuring thing to know is that this program is tailored to you, and if something doesn't feel right or doesn't seem to work, we address it in real time and make adequate changes for you to see tangible results. 

IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR NEW MOMS OR ONLY THOSE FURTHER POSTPARTUM?

My approach is tailored to your individual preferences, dietary needs, and any restrictions you may have. I work with you to create a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and health goals in whatever stage of motherhood you are in. You can start as early as 1 day postpartum. 

DO I NEED TO FOLLOW A STRICT DIET OR BUY EXPENSIVE SUPPLEMENTS?

Absolutely not! My approach follows the principle of gentle nutrition and intuitive eating. There will be no restrictions, but perhaps swaps or suggestions to rebalance your macronutrients intake to support your hormonal changes. Supplements are usually a secondary and 'nice-to-have' aspect of this program, but a personal choice. 

WHAT IF I’M BREASTFEEDING OR DEALING WITH POSTPARTUM RECOVERY CHALLENGES?

My qualification helps me tailor the plan to your individual needs. I am trained to support clients from infancy to later stage of life. I am also qualified in menstrual and menopausal health awareness, which means we will be looking at every aspect of your health as a woman. 

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE DURING THE PROGRAM?

We will have an initial 90-minute consultation, which offers a deep dive into your current lifestyle. We will then follow up other 6 times for about 30 minutes, including a mid-program review that lasts about 45 minutes. You will receive supportive and unlimited coaching throughout, with access directly to me via email or WhatsApp. Lastly, you will receive 3 software-based reports analysing your macronutrients and micronutrients intake, to help formulate more accurate suggestions and plans. 

WILL I NEED TO DO INTENSE WORKOUTS TO SEE RESULTS?

No, only when and if you are ready to, we will discuss a movement plan. Whether you do 10 minutes a day from your home, or build up a regular exercise routine outdoors or in a gym is completely up to you and we will decide this together. 

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

Yes. You can choose to pay in full before the start of the program, or you can choose to pay in 3 monthly instalments. 

WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL READY TO CONTINUE ON MY OWN AFTER 12 WEEKS?

You will be able to access all of the resources in the client portal for as long as you want, as you will have lifetime access. You can also decide to extend consultations on a one-off basis or on a rolling monthly program.
