Confident & Rebalanced, my signature 1:1 program will help you to heal your love-hate relationship with your body and implement simple, healthy habits that actually work around your schedule. It is designed to help you understand how to eat, move and live mindfully in just 12 weeks, so that you can feel confident in your skin for a lifetime. When you join, you'll get an initial deep-dive session, followed by five 30-minute check-ins to keep you accountable of your weekly progress. You'll also gain access to my client portal, featuring a wealth of resources: recipes, meal planners, reflective exercises, and movement-based videos, incorporating yoga and pilates. All of which you can access forever!
