A 30 minute introductory call to get to know each other and understand if I could be the right healthcare professional for you, based on your needs and goals. During the call, we will: • go through the role of a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach • clarify the scope of work and boundaries • share your story and goals • assess your current health and wellbeing • answer any question you may have • figure out a plan to help you achieve your goals
