Sometimes all we need is a bite of chocolate and nuts to feel more energised, but if you are not a big fan of dates (I cannot come to grips with the consistency), I have got your back. A super easy recipe that will save you time during the week to create all your snacks at once.
These energy balls are packed with the most nutritious ingredients that will help you get through the day!
Ingredients
120g peanut butter
100ml maple syrup
40g ground almond
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp water
45g cacao powder
Let's start cooking
Put chia seeds and water in a bowl and leave to sit for 10 minute
Mix all ingredients in another bowl then add the chia seeds and water mix
Put in the fridge for 1 hour until balls are firm
Serving & storing
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to a week I love to roll these balls in coconut flower or pistachio crumbs!
