Energy bars are a quick and nutritious snack, easy to carry around if you are on the go or if you are looking for something small to eat before or after a workout. However, many protein or energy bars we buy at the shop contain unnecessary ingredients such as sugars, preservatives, flavourings and so on, so I started making my own.
